清·陈修园撰于1820年(嘉庆二十五年)。4卷。此书为陈氏博采诸家之论,参附己见,于嘉庆二十五年(1820)编辑而成,因其内容皆为女科证治之精要故名。卷1为调经、种子两门,主论月经病、不孕症之证治;卷2主论胎前诸疾;卷3主论产后诸证;卷4为杂证论治。该书注意女性调经的脾胃之治。
