中医儿科学著作,又名《小儿药证直诀》、《钱氏小儿药证直诀》。3卷。宋朝钱乙述,阎孝忠撰。约于宣和元年 (1119年)刊行于世。此书现有清康熙间起秀堂照宋本影刻本和清武英殿聚珍本(辑佚本)。1949年后有人民卫生出版社影印本。首为小儿诊候与方论81篇,次为钱氏儿科医案23则,最后为儿科方剂。对小儿病的诊断和治疗都作了简明扼要的记述,临床实用价值很高。是我国早期内容比较完整,并载有病案的儿科重要专著。共3卷。卷上为脉证治法,载小儿诊候及方论81篇;卷中具体收载钱氏小儿医案23例;卷下载方120余则。
