妇产科著作。3卷。清冯兆张(楚瞻)撰。约成书于康熙四十一年(1702年)。此书概述妇女胎前、产后疾病的病因证治。分月经、经门、崩漏、带下、杂证、嗣育、胎前、胎产、产后9门。重视养胎及胎前诸病的及早诊治;强调临产宜斟酌产程进展以防难产，并指出产后调养、宜忌及其护理方法。冯氏主张四诊合参，以标本兼顾为治则，临床上突出辨证论治。书中博采众长，参以己见，于后世有一定影响。现有清康熙四十一年(1702年)《冯氏锦囊秘录》丛书本。
