儿科著作。一卷。宋·陈文中约撰于13世纪中期。书中首论痘疹的病原,认为五脏六腑秽液或皮膜筋之秽液皆为发痘疹之毒。次论辨证和治法,按阴、阳、表、里、寒、热、虚、实八纲辨证。表里俱实者,身壮热、大便黄稠,其疮必光泽、起发肥满,疮易出易靥。后辑录有关痘疹的效方,文字简要。1958年商务印书馆将本书与《小儿病源方论》合刊出版,书名: 《陈氏小儿病源痘疹方论》。
