医方著作。原名《王氏博济方》。三卷。宋 ·王兖撰。刊于1047年。作者原收辑医方7000首,此书系从中选录500余方编撰而成。《宋史·艺文志》、《直斋书录解题》俱作3卷,《郡斋读书志》作5卷。明代以后原书已佚,今本系编《四库全书》时自《永乐大典》辑出,后改编为五卷,仅得350余方。析为伤寒、风证、劳证、血证等,及丹药、修制药法共29门。包括内、外、妇、儿各科医方。病证诸门,首为简明医论。次列病因、证候、功用、处方、剂量、服法、禁忌等。
