本草著作。3卷。清叶志诜 (东卿) 撰于道光三十年(1850年)。此书以孙星衍辑《神农本草经》诸药条文为主体,再加赞、注而成。每药均撰四言诗为赞语,古奥艰深。又自引诗赋、本草以注释其出典。今有清《汉阳叶氏丛刻医书》及近代《珍本医书集成》本。叶志诜辑有《汉阳叶氏丛刻医类七种》,此书为七种之一。于道光三十年(1850)撰成。书中取孙星衍、孙冯翼所辑《神农本草经》药分三品之法,共载药三百六十五种。
