中国古代本草学著作。陶弘景约撰于南北朝南齐永元二年 (500) 前后。本书是南北朝时期全面整理注释《神农本草经》的著作,历代无刊本,现仅存隋唐时期写本残卷2种,其一出土于敦煌,存卷一 “序例”部分,曾于1915年题名 《开元写本本草经集注序录残卷》影印入 《吉石庵丛书》,1955年上海群联出版社题名为 《本草经集注》再次影印。其二出土于新疆吐鲁蕃,仅存燕屎等4种药物残文。其内容除《神农本经》365种药物之外,又增入了《名医别录》所载药物365种,共730种。书中补充了原书“序例”部分,并创用了“诸病通用药”的体例,便于药物检索。
