本草类著作。明李中梓(1588—1655)撰。二卷。中梓另有 《内经知要》已著录。作者因本草药物繁多,对药性阐发不彻,遂以《本草纲目》为主,删繁就简,取其精华,间附己意,详加注释而成此书。刊于崇祯十年(1637)。本书系《医宗必读》卷三～四。书中将药物分为草、木、果、谷、菜、金石、人兽、禽、虫、鱼等10类,共352种药物,每药编成对偶联句,以便初学诵习,并附加按语说明。现存《医宗必读》本及1917年排印本等。
