一卷。五代蜀杜光庭 撰。此书又名 《名山洞天福地记》、《洞天福地记》。古来修仙者,常以仙山灵岳、洞天福地作为理想仙境。杜光庭撰《洞天福地岳渎名山记》,将道教仙境分作十余类,首为仙山,次为五岳,再次为十大洞天,又附以青城山;又次为五镇海渎、三十六精卢、三十六洞天、七十二福地、二十四灵化等,都一一作以简述。其有关十洲三岛的记载,本于《十洲记》而略述。
