三卷。古代星命术书。旧本题鬼谷子撰，唐李虚中注。收入《永乐大典》。《四库全书总目·子部·术数类二》：“书中义例，首论六十甲子，不及生人时刻干支，其法颇与韩愈《墓志》(指《殿中侍御史李君墓志铭》)所言始生年月日者相合，而后半乃多称四柱，其说实起于宋时，……真伪杂出，莫可究诘。”此书以人的生年月日干支为依据，推衍人寿夭、贵贱、吉凶，为后世言星命八字术者所祖。
