温病著作。一卷,清·叶天士述,相传系叶氏门人顾景文记录整理而成。传本不一,其一传于叶氏门人华岫云,王孟英《温热经纬》中《外感温热篇》的原文即据于此;又本见于唐大烈《吴医汇讲》卷一,名为《温症论治》,内容与华氏本大同小异,次序略有不同,章虚谷注本即本于此,名为《叶天士温热论》,收入《医门棒喝》中。本书记录了叶氏对温热病论述的精华部分,重点分析了温邪的传变规律,温热病的病理、诊法和治法,创立了卫、气、营、血的辨证体系,对临床有现实指导意义。
