中医儿科学著作。二卷(一作3卷)。东汉卫汛(一作卫沈)撰。卫汛，汉魏间医家。张仲景弟子。精医术，有才学，名闻当时。相传撰有《四逆三部厥经》、《妇人胎藏经》、《小儿颅囟经》，均佚。因小儿初生颅囟未合，证治各别，故取以名其书。本书首记儿科脉法，次列病症，详细地论述了小儿惊痫、疳痢、火丹等症，载方42首。原书自明以后亡佚，有辑佚本。这是我国现存最早的儿科专著，为我国儿科学的发展奠定了基础。关于作者，一说是托名周穆王时“巫师”，待考。有《当归草堂丛书》本，1956年人民卫生出版社影印本。
