出使英法俄国日记

清末曾纪泽著。纪泽(1839～1890),字劼刚,谥惠敏,湖南湘乡人。曾国藩长子。袭一等侯爵。幼聪颖,自学通英文。清光绪四年(1878)出任驻英法大臣,后又兼驻俄大臣。有《曾惠敏公遗集》。日记按年月先后分为九个部分。始于光绪四年七月,迄于光绪十二年十一月(1886.12),计60余万字。多记载日常生活、例行事务,并在使事之余,注意考求西方国家“政事语言文字风俗之不同”,还较详细地记载了关于与沙俄谈判、签订中俄《伊犁条约》的经过。光绪八年曾氏曾将开始出使不到一年的日记以《出使英法日记》名出版。光绪十九年(1893)江南制造总局刊行(曾惠敏公遗集》,收入日记二卷,比《出使英法日记》有所增加,题名《使西日记》。1981年湖南人民出版社将其收入《走向世界丛书》第一辑。1985年11月重编《走向世界丛书》,即全据台湾学生书局1965年影印“湘乡曾八本堂家藏手写本”《曾惠敏公手写日记》出版。暂缺光緒十二年日记。
