中国人假托佛说所撰经典。作者不详。一卷。本经先敬礼观音,祈愿救助娑婆世界重罪者,安著涅槃解脱地。次谓念诵阿弥陀佛、观音、势至等一佛两菩萨名号,可离生死苦,永不入地狱。再次发十愿,均属“风雨顺时行”、“国王寿万岁”之类社会人事方面内容;又发四愿,希眼、耳、口、手不触恶业。最后总发一愿:“总愿当来值弥勒,连臂相将入化城。”本经最初见录于《大周刊定众经目录》,被判为伪经。历代大藏经均未收载,仅存于敦煌遗书中,后被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
