全一卷。收于大正藏第八十五册。本经之大意谓，人于临终之际，若能以欢喜之心（心心相续）施舍自身皮肉筋骨于一切有情，则可不堕地狱，天曹地府之罪恶记录亦将随之消失。此经于唐代智升所撰开元释教录中受到严厉批判，被断定为伪经，而反对将之编入大藏经中，然民间普遍信仰流传此经。近代于敦煌发现十余种本经之手抄本，其中以英国学者史坦因（M.A. Stein 1862～1943）所发现者为最优。
