三国蜀谯周撰。二十五卷。《隋书·经籍志》著录。作者以为司马迁《史记》中对周、秦以前的记载不专据正经,因而另外凭借旧典而作此书,以纠其谬。原书早佚。清章宗源有辑本一卷,收入孙星衍《平津馆丛书》。从这些片段的文字看,其中有许多古代文物制度及创造发展的记叙,亦含有某些神话因素。
