二卷。周起元撰。周起元,明福建海澄(今龙海)人。字仲先,号绵贞。万历辛丑(1601)进士。历知浮梁、南昌、旋任御史,上疏力斥诋毁东林言论之谬,忌者甚多。巡按陕西,以东林故,谪为广西参议。天启三年(1623)以右佥都御史巡抚苏松十府,公廉爱民,以忤魏忠贤,矫旨逮狱搒掠死。崇祯 (1628—1644)初,追赠兵部侍郎,谥忠愍,改谥忠惠。有《周忠愍奏疏》。此奏疏一卷为西台奏疏十一首,为其任湖广道御史巡漕时所上;一卷为抚吴奏疏十九首,乃其巡抚江南时所上,后附遗诗七首。他的奏疏大多有关国计民生。有 《四库全书》本。
