明末清初黄宗羲撰。一卷。前有序,即《答朱康流论历代甲子书》,说明历代甲子,自鲁隐公元年己未(前722)以下,载籍皆可考据,无有异同;自隐公以上,其说不能归一,《汉志》与《史记》不同。黄道周主《史记》之说,宗羲以其与《尚书》不合,谓当从班氏以武王克商为己卯岁,历引《尚书》及《竹书纪年》作证。经其推定,共列七十三个甲子,第一甲子为黄帝元年,第七十三甲子为明天启四年(1624)。
