三卷。明金堡撰。堡字道隐,浙江仁和(今浙江杭县)人。崇祯十三年庚辰进士,官止兵科给事中,明亡后脱发为僧,释名今释,抗志以终。是编三卷,皆为奏疏,上卷十八篇,自隆武乙酉十月至丙戌八月,中卷下卷共三十一篇,自永历戊子十一月至庚寅正月。堡仕隆武、永历二朝,其重要奏疏,略具于此,如所条中兴大计、财政八失,愤激敷陈规切时事。
