清李凤翎撰。一卷。作者于咸丰十年(1860)入广东巡抚耆龄幕,办理对外交涉,遂据探报材料及询问有关人员,记述了第二次鸦片战争期间英法联军侵占广州的史实,比较简略。作者自言是继《洋务权舆》一书而辑录。有同治八年(1869)刊本。
