《致身录》是建文传说中出亡一节的重要文本,此书于万历四十七年(1619)前后流传于吴中,作者史仲彬,自陈为建文帝时翰林学士.其书以第一人称讲述靖难间作者亲历,亲见之事.依其述,史仲彬于洪武时为惩治贪官事告御状,得到朱元璋的赏识,\"命主政户部\"但被推辞.建文帝授其明经出身,命为翰林院侍书,从此为官直到燕王陷南京,参与了建文帝一朝的重大事件.建文帝改定官制,他上书谏言;《致身录》之说历来争议极大。疑托名史仲彬所著的伪书。
