一卷。宋王素(1007—1073)撰。王素字仲仪,莘县(今属山东)人。王旦之子。举进士,官至工部尚书。本书记述其父王旦遗事。王旦谥文正,故名。真宗时,王旦任宰相,对真宗搞封禅、“天书”等活动从不反对,故能久安其位,甚为时人所议。本书在这件事上暗为之开脱。然所载其他事,虽难免有扬诩之词,却也大抵与史书相近。本书晁公武《郡斋读书志》作四卷,陈振孙《直斋书录解题》作一卷,可知南宋中已非完本。今有《历代小史》本;《百川学海》本;《周氏师古堂所编书》 (韩王二公遗事合本) 等。
