十卷。胡世宁撰。胡世宁(1469—1530),字永清,号静庵,明代浙江仁和(今杭州市)人。弘治癸丑(1493)进士。历官南京刑部主事,上书极言时政缺失,与李承勋、魏校、余祜称“南都四君子”。迁江西副使,疏论宁王宸濠反状,系锦衣狱,后减死戍辽东,宸濠伏诛,起戍中。嘉靖 (1572—1566)中,累拜兵部尚书,陈兵政十事,又上备边三事,与张璁、桂萼不协,以疾乞归,卒谥“端敏”。此奏议原有二十卷,后刊印时仅汰存其半。此本所录奏议,皆有裨于世务,并可与史传相参核。
