清李宏龄撰。是书与《同舟忠告》应为姊妹作。《同舟忠告》曾载有作者在清末时,在京联合祁县太谷平遥三邦票号,并以三邦票号名义,倡议各票号集股创办三晋汇业银行,以保晋人之利益,但后由于种种原因,合组银行事未成,宏龄视此事为票号失败的重要原因,故取是名,内容皆为采往票号之信件,对研究山西清末票号商业经济具有极其重要的价值。有①民国六年(1917)石印本。②山西人民出版社1989年点校本。
