不分卷。清未著撰人。作者生平不详。是书记事起自顺治元年(1644年),唐王在福州即位,改元隆武,止于康熙二十二年(1683年)闰六月。此书各篇皆记郑氏史事,对清初禁海政策详述始末,对禁海政策对沿海各地人民造成的危害,亦有揭露。有抄本行世。
