二卷。周玺撰。周玺，字天章，号荆山，明代合肥(今安徽合肥)人。弘治丙辰(1496)进士，官至礼科都给事中，为刘瑾所构，毙于廷杖，刘瑾败后，礼科给事中孙祯疏讼其枉，诏复官，荫其一孙。《垂光集》上卷载疏十三篇，弘治朝有七篇，正德朝有六篇，言皆痛切，疏后附载家书一封，言其许国忘家之意。下卷附录敕命、祭文墓表、碑记及题咏诗歌。有《四库全书》本，《五名臣遗集》本，《乾坤正气集》本。
