历史著作。作者吴德功,台湾彰化人。另著《戴案纪略》、《施案纪略》行世。此书记叙1895年(清光绪二十一年)台湾割让日本之事,始于光绪二十一年四月十四日清政府与日本国签订《马关条约》割台,终于九月二十七日日本近卫师团长北白川宫亲王卒于台湾,运柩返日。记载台湾军民抗日作战凡130余日之经过,特别对台湾民众参与抗战叙述尤详。但因书成于日据时期,作者为免遭文字之祸,对日本多有阿谀之辞。1959年台湾银行经济研究室将其收入《台湾文献丛刊》第57种《割台三记》中出版。
