一卷。清陈洪范(生卒年不详)撰。该书记明季南都左都督陈洪范与侍郎左懋第奉使至北事。洪范私输款于摄政王,贾左萝石得自脱归,遂为北朝反间。南都破,入浙力劝潞王投降,及清兵至,遂迫使潞王降清。此为其南还时饰辞自文之作。现存《荆驼逸史》本。
