一卷。作者不详。本书所记为绍定四年(1231)元兵克马岭堡，至南宋灭亡期间南宋忠节之士事迹。始于田璲，终于谢枋得，共130人。每条先列姓名、官爵，后记死难事实。所记有详有略，但大都确实可据，多为《宋史》所不载，故为研究宋末抗元重要参考资料。今有清抄本，清罗以智校 (现藏上海图书馆)、《四库全书》本、《墨海金壶》本、《守山阁丛书》本及《丛书集成初编》(史地类) 本等。
