五卷（习凿齿撰），是研究襄阳古代中国人文的重要历史文献。《襄阳耆旧记》又作《襄阳记》，《唐志》作《耆旧传》，《宋志》作《记》，《郡斋读书后志》曰“记五卷。前载襄阳人物，中载山川城邑，后载牧守。观其记录丛杂，非传体也，名当从《隋志》。”愚案《续汉·郡国志注》，蔡阳有松子亭，下有神陂，引《襄阳耆旧传》；《文选·南都赋注》同引之，则称《耆旧记》。
