二卷。宋费枢撰。费枢字伯枢，成都(今属四川) 人。徽宗时进士，官至归州 (今湖北境内) 知州。生卒年不详。除本书外，尚著有《钓矶立谈》等著作。《廉吏传》载春秋至隋唐间廉吏114人，起鲁季孙行父，终唐卢钧。每传但录其廉节，他事则从略。传后系以论断，大旨以风厉廉隅为主。《自序》题宣和乙巳(1125)，则其书当成于北宋末年。有 《四库全书》本，《四库全书珍本初编》 (史部传记类) 本等。
