十六卷。清万斯同撰。本书记孔子以下迄于明末儒家各派授受源流，各以时代为序，其上无师承后无弟子者，则列入附录。所列仅及人名、字号、师承与弟子，间有籍贯，而无事迹。自朱熹《伊洛渊源录》出后，《宋史》遂以道学儒林分为两传，门户分明，水火相争。明以来谈道统者，扬己凌人，互相排轧，终酿门户之祸。万斯同目击其弊，因著此书，期以消除朋党。凡自汉至唐传经之儒，一一具列，持论甚为公允，较之《学统》、《学案》诸书，可谓翦除固习，无门户之见。有《四库全书》本，《四明丛书》第三集又有清王梓材增注本。
