乾隆四十二年七月二十五日
查甲午科顺天乡试，曾奉旨于落卷内挑取誊录六百名，以备缺出挨补。上届需用人数无多，是以止于皿字号卷内挑六百名备用。今查各誊录，至明年即届五年期满议叙，通计《全书》、《荟要》需用誊录计六百名，似应宽为预备。是以并令于贝字卷内拣选。臣等拟写谕旨进呈，恭候钦定。谨奏。
