宣统元年(1909)始修，由江苏通志局主持，缪荃孙任总纂。古迹志。尹志古迹古都邑入舆地，按苏省地域自春秋以来，宫苑之类，已有旧迹，孙吴东晋而后，更难指数，今拟立古迹志。凡历代京都宫殿苑省府廨陵墓之属及郡县镇戍故城垒等，见正史，通鉴，元和郡县志、太平寰宇记，舆地汜胜诸书及建康实录，六朝事迹一应图经地志、明清一统志者，皆参考互证，务求翔实。
