清崇德二年(1637)至顺治二年(1645)朝鲜国王子李 、李淏入质于清沈阳馆所期间，其侍讲院宰臣、讲官所记的日录，誊录为正、副本各一部。记日常生活细事，并随从清太宗皇太极征战松山、杏山及多尔衮破山海关进北京城等役中见闻。原收藏于朝鲜王室图书馆奎章阁中。日本内藤虎次郎将其铅排印刷收入《满蒙丛书》中。
