宣统元年(1909)始修，由江苏通志局主持，缪荃孙任总纂。礼俗志。江南通志风俗附亍舆地，近方志多立礼俗专门，今拟仿之，立礼俗志。凡总论礼俗及冠婚丧祭，皆采辑各志，一一缀录。洪氏扰攘，立国未成，见于纪载，有可录者，亦不湮没。上海风纪，沾染欧化，新旧变异，此其本源，故录之。
