江宁织造．通政使司通政使臣曹寅谨奏：恭请圣安。
本月廿六日，扬州平粜内阁侍读觉罗塞黑，往兴化、泰州、仪真等处，有奏摺一封。又，镇江平粜户都江南司员外邮戴宝奏摺一封，理应转奏。
奉旨：特授扬州府知府赵弘煜，已于本月二十六日到任。江宁、扬州俱太平无事。所有江宁正、二、三月阴晴单，恭呈御览。伏乞睿鉴。
朱批：知道了。晴雨录留中。
