清赘漫野叟撰。稿本。成于咸丰十年(1860)。时作者居京城，根据目睹及传闻记述了英法联军入侵的某些情况，对清朝官员文恬武嬉及外国侵略者的抢掠有所揭露，然颇有虚饰夸张之处。作者站在主和派一边，诋毁林则徐等，吹捧伊里布、穆彰阿之流。收入《中国近代史资料丛刊·第二次鸦片战争》。
