《孤忠后录》，一卷，明末清初祝纯嘏撰。记清初顺治三年（一六四五）江阴贡生黄毓祺孤身起兵抗清，被执后死于南京狱中的经过。黄氏起兵为清初政治史上影响颇巨的大事，牵扯到许多方面（如黄氏起兵时，“钱谦益命其艳妓柳如是，至海上犒师”）。现据民国印本标点整理。
