《春明梦录》，近人何德刚撰。该书作者署名“平斋”，福建闽县人。光绪进士。长期在清末吏部供差，任主事。后外放府道。长期京官生活，熟谙清朝中枢各部内情，民国后追忆往事，撰成此书。其中记述户部在京各库之贪污、浪费、官吏之营私舞弊；官场佚闻、办理公务的规章制度，详尽具体，都是作者的亲历见闻。很有史料价值。1922年作者自刻，后部分内容收入《青鹤》杂志。1983年上海古籍出版社将其与《客座偶谈》合为一册影印出版，《近代稗海》本(第十三辑)及山西古籍出版社《民国笔记小说大观》本（第三辑）收录。
