义和团揭帖

义和团各坛口散发的传单。源于历代农民战争和民众运动中的署名檄文和无头告示。1898年(光绪二十四年)春,山东冠县、直隶威县一带的梅花拳等武术集团联合为义和拳后,印传单于直隶、山东、河南、江苏各省,呼吁“毁教灭夷”。其中3月底大刀会在直隶大名府考童生时所散之传单,约会各省爱国志士于四月十五日(6月3日)集会起事,为迄今所见义和团运动中最早的揭帖。运动高潮中,凡义和团立坛或影响所到之地,揭帖比比皆是。
