钦定滁阳王庙碑岁祀册，一卷，不着辑者名氏。明初，追封郭子兴为滁阳王，建庙滁洲，命有司岁时奉祀。本卷前列洪武十五年敕谕一通，其载祀典规条及寺庙人户。后为太常寺丞张羽所撰滁阳王庙碑文。张羽，字来仪，后以字行。洪武中曾任太常寺丞。羽文章精洁有法，长于诗，与高启、杨基、徐贲齐名，称「吴中四杰」。明史卷一七三有传。
