「皇朝平吴录上」，原脱「皇朝」、「上」，本卷分三节，后两节题为「皇朝平吴录中」、「皇朝平吴录下」，据补。皇朝平吴录，一卷，未着撰人姓氏。载元末张士诚据吴始末，起元顺帝至正十三年，迄明太祖吴元年。今传世较广有吴宽平吴录(明金声玉振集作皇明平吴录)。简核二书，稍有异同。又四库全书总目卷五二载：「千顷堂书目别载有黄标平吴录一卷，与此书同名（指吴宽平吴录），其书见陆楫古今说海中。」查古今说海，无是文。本篇姑作阙名。
