一卷。明顾璘(1476～1547)撰。顾璘，字华玉，吴县(今江苏省苏州市)人，明宏治九年(1496)进士，官至南京刑部尚书，颇负才名，金陵三俊、金陵四大家之一，喜诗好友，著有《浮湘集》、《山中集》、《凭几集》、《近言》等。《周宝新编》记顾璘同时代知交友人李梦阳、何景明、祝允明、徐祯卿、朱应登、赵鹤、郑善夫、都穆、景旸、王韦、唐寅、孙一元、王宠13人，为每人作传作赞，略叙数语以存其人。《国宝新编》实为慨叹知交凋零而作。现存明袁《金声王振集》明刻本，明顾元庆《顾民明朝四十家小说》本，1959年北京中国书店影印明刻本;1914年古今图书局石印本。
