清罗惇曧撰。叙光绪四年(1878)至七年间,中国为索还同治十年(1871)沙俄趁浩罕头目阿古柏侵占天山南路之机强占中国领土伊犁的交涉过程。所记崇厚因沙俄胁迫擅自签订丧权辱国的《里瓦几亚条约》以及曾纪泽为修订崇约衔命赴俄谈判等事,可供研究近代中俄关系史参考。
