八卷。清王之春撰。之春字爵棠，清泉 (今湖南衡阳)人，1894年出使俄国，著 《使俄草》。是编乃记之春生平耳闻目睹之事。意在正人心，原风俗，以兴平治之事。其特点是讲学则有渊源，考典则刚直原本，论诗则力宗风雅，序事则务求切近。《清史稿艺文志补编》著录。版本有 《近代中国史料丛刊》本，1983年8月岳麓书社 《近代湘人笔记丛刊》本。
