史料笔记。八卷。清姚元之撰。初刊行于光绪十九年(1893年)。姚元之,字伯昂,号廌青,又号竹叶亭生,晚号五不翁,生于乾隆四十一年(1776年),卒于咸丰二年(1852年),安徽桐城人。嘉庆十年(1805年)中进士,选庶吉士,授编修,道光二十三年离官。是书内容丰富。约十万字。主要记载清廷掌故、前贤遗事、地方风俗等。对乾隆、嘉庆间川、陕、楚等地教军起义及和珅当政,擅权纳贿的情况记录尤详,具有较高的史料价值。
