清唐景崧撰。十卷。唐氏于光绪八年(1882)七月,以吏部候补主事上书言越南被法侵略事。后赴越南,协助刘永福抗法。中法战后,往云南赞襄中越划界事宜,后任台湾道。是书起于光绪八年七月,止于十二年九月,所记偏重于越南北圻刘永福等抗法事迹,并载录其他有关中法交涉之事。
