隋王通撰,唐薛收续并作传,宋阮逸注。十五卷，七十篇。编年体。书成于隋大业四年(608)。仿《春秋》及《公羊传》、《谷梁传》体例，记自孔子获麟之年至南北朝史事。于诸国皆以列居正统者入于“经”文，余则入于“传”文。为《王氏六经》之一。久佚。今本十卷。前九卷记西晋太熙元年(290)至隋开皇九年(589)史事，题隋王通撰;末卷记隋开皇十年至唐武德元年(618)史事，题唐薛收撰。注文题宋阮逸撰。《郡斋读书志》、《直斋书录解题》、《四库全书总目》等并断为阮逸伪作。所记多无可取。自北魏太和以后，记事寥寥，残佚甚多。自平陈以后，则有“经”无“传”。有《汉魏丛书》本。
