一卷。著者姓名不详。此书记载洪武三年(1370年)朱元璋遣徐达、李文忠分道出塞,追击王保保以及袭破应昌府的战事。但记载颇为简略。此篇载明初太祖命将北征之事。纪事简略，惟详于徐达、李文忠所上二表，太祖封爵诸臣诏谕及君臣鉴戒之语。似后人摘钞明太祖实录之文。
